We at Athens Gastroenterology Center, P.C., do our best to let you know about the various kinds of insurance available. We can not guarantee that this information is current because insurance companies routinely change participation in corresponding networks. It is the patient's responsibility to verify coverage with their insurance.
We are happy to file any insurance you have, but remember that your co-pay is due at the time services are rendered. Also, please understand that, in the end, it's your responsibility to know what your plan covers and what networks provide the most benefits.
Please present all insurance cards when signing in. Medication and refills cannot be called in without copies of all cards. This includes Medicare Part D cards. You will be billed directly for all charges if we are unaware of changes in your insurance.
